Last May and again in July, I had amputations on left leg. Dr saed was extremely rude and unprofessional. The nurses couldn't be bothered to give me pain medication unless ot was on theor time, even though it was said if I'm in pain I could get different meds to supplement. Unfortunately my husband filed for divorce and dropped my insurance 1 month after I was released. Before leaving, I was diagnosed with limb ischemia, peripheral artery disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and neuropathic pain I went the other night because I had been in pain for 2 weeks. Bad pain. My right foot was swollen, my BP was 172 upon arrival, and my entire leg was in severe pain. The ride Dr on call on Sunday around6pm came in and said" well you don't have insurance so I'm not ordering blood tests because neuropathic pain or ischemia is not life threatening. A blood clot may be so ill.order tests for that. I waited 2 hours before being given any pain medication at all. Wasn't given any prescription and after 4 hours of waiting I left. I felt humiliated by this Dr qho made it obvious he could care less of my situation. Every pamphlet they gave me after my amputation said if you experience selling, redness, pain, numbness etc to go to the emergency room fast. I went and was treated horribly. Not professional whatsoever . This was my BP and other stats, where my alarm.was going off for.25.min and not 1 single person came in my room Photo 1 of 1

Went to go be seen for this virus going around. Get taken back for a cat scan; where they insert this stuff in you that makes you feel all warm… well lets just say they did that, but put to much and now i have a lump on my arm filled with this dye solution that us 7 inches long and 3 inches high.. what scares me the most was that one tech said they felt it flush a little to much before they started but still proceeded…. The other tech who was a nice lady came to try and milk to dye solution out of my arm; only to look like a deer in the headlights when i ask her if my arm is supposed to feel numb… fyi it still does and every now again it heats up bc that what the dye solution was made for.. they gave me 2 wks off for this sickness and im hoping this arm because with my job i wouldnt be able to work with just 1 arm… im not one to be negative with doctors and nurses bc i really do appreciate them.

We arrived at Tidal Health around 8:30 P.m., My sister told the receptionist she had been in a car accident where she hit her head on the steering wheel and had chest pains from the seat belt. My sister's injuries were visible, she had bruises on her face as well as a cut nose. In the car accident, she had hydroplaned over 200 feet into the woods and at about a 45-degree angle downwards and had no airbag deployment, all of this was explained by not only my sister but also my mother. We decided it was better to drive her than take an ambulance because she seemed okay, by the time we got there she was complaining about her head and said it hurt. After about 15 minutes she was called back into a triage room and checked out, at this point I'm assuming she was labeled as low priority as she was brought back to a back hallway about 15 minutes after that. So she was back in the hallway sitting around 8:50 pm. Around 11 pm my mother asked a passing nurse if she was going to be seen soon as she had been sitting there for 2 hours and no one had spoken to her when he very rudely replied "There's only two doctors on tonight and she's not a priority" before walking away. Shortly after that the insurance collector came around and took my sister's insurance info. My mother and I had to leave by this point because we had work this morning at 11:30 PM. My sister then proceeded to not be seen at all up until she decided to leave at 3:30 am. At which she was not asked or talked to on her way out. No one seemed to care that she had got up and left. She had not been spoken to by a nurse or doctor for almost 6 hours in the hallway. Which is completely unacceptable. and honestly laughable. She hit her head on a steering wheel after being airborne for a least 50 feet and in the woods and she is not a priority? Do you mean to tell me that a doctor could not sign off on an MRI for over 6 hours or so? Thankfully she didn't have any complications through the night but this is how people have undetected aneurysms and die... I hope this email is an example of what not to do with emergency patients because sitting in a hallway for 6 hours with not a single nurse, doctor, or patient care tech coming to check on a girl who hit her head on the steering wheel of a car that was going 50MPH at the time of the crash is cruel and devastating to see the state of our health care system, respectfully this would have never happened when that hospital was PRMC.

My son suffered a seizure while we were on vacation. The ambulance (who were great!!!) transported us to this hospital where we had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you all for being so kind

After spending over 5 hours in the waiting room with my daughter and grandson, we were seen and dismissed very quickly with oh "He's perfectly fine". For a 10 month old that was gasping and wheezing. After discharge, we read the notes on mychart and the doctor barely mentioned shortness of breath and focused on his 1 episode of vomit (the least of the concerns) His discharge instructions were to take him to his pediatrician. The bedside manner was horrible from the check in nurses, and the attending doctor. Update: baby was able to be seen by pediatrician the next day, and was in fact sick with chest congestion needing antibiotics.
