Catherine Erving5 StarThe best dental experience we've had! They were all so friendly and professional. The office is amazing; it's very modern and kid friendly. Brandi in the front office made the entire experience switching dentists a breeze. Their patient portal and communication is outstanding. Scheduling was a very quick and easy process. Dr. Matt was extremely professional. He had a great way of being supportive and encouraging when our son was nervous while also very proficient. Kristine Truitt5 StarHad such a wonderful experience with my two boys. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and while we were waiting, Dr. Matt came out and introduced himself. He is so great with kids and very personable. We then went back and saw the hygienist, Katie and she was so great with the boys and explained each step before she did them and made them feel comfortable. katie5 StarTook my two kiddos there today for their first appointments as new patients and what an amazing experience! Not only were they very welcoming, they were extremely understanding when we ran into insurance issues. They even have a TV set up in the dentist office so little ones can watch shows to make them feel more comfortable. Super cool!! I am very pleased that we made the switch to Eastern Shore Pediatric Dentistry. I highly recommend!! :)Tuesday 17th December 2024
caroline mcphail5 StarOur experience was great! We brought our three boys in at the same time, two in which are toddlers. They were so patient, personable, and welcoming. Our 4 year old has had alot of medical trauma due to his medical conditions, and Katie and Matt were very patient with him and went at his pace. We've heard so many great things about this office and we are glad we chose them!Thursday 26th December 2024
