I’m a patient at this office and I have 3 daughters, 2 of them are patients here. My youngest daughter is not a patient but i called with an issue that needed to be taken care of now. Pelvic pain. A nurse called me back to say they’re are not taking new patients but I cld call back in 6 months if she still needed to be seen at that time. Ummmmm wait, she has pelvic pain, I’m supposed to wait 6 months to see if you have an opening to see if she can be seen? It’s unfortunate that this office is sooooo overloaded with patients that they cannot help ones that really need to be seen. I guess it’s time to find a new office for all of us. 😞

Only 1 star so I could make a post. NEVER go here! Every issue that you have or have had will be because of your weight and give poor advice on how fast to loose weight. They are to worried about getting you out the door as fast as they can and do not care about your concerns.

I received at least 4 confirmation emails to remind me of my appointment so I felt the office must run an efficient operation and appointments would be on time, but I found this was not the case. The waiting room was very large and there were no less than 15 -20 women in line waiting to speak to the attendant and 40-50 women waiting.. This was a production operation and nothing at all like a doctor's office! I am 74 and was referred to see a Urogynecologist on a painful medical issue. I stood in line at least 15 minutes until I felt my BP dropping and I knew I would faint if I did not sit down quickly so I walked out. I submitted a lengthy medical form advising them of my condition but I knew it was not reviewed prior to my appointment. I left completely disappointed that I was not going to see the specialists after enduring so much pain but I will not return. It took me an hour to get to this office but I will now drive 3 hours if necessary to find a normal medical practice that understands appointments.

No compassion just heartless . You have to leave a message to get an appointment. They have 6 people working the front and nobody can take a call. Unacceptable but they are the only OBGYN to take our insurance so we have no other option. And they know it so they think they have the right to treat people like they are a panhandle on the corner. Just a shame you can't get even get empathy or compassion from the medical community. Your just another number here.

Dr. Schmidt is hands down one of the best OB/GYNs at this office. He delivered my daughter in Aug 2024 and he truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. His bedside manners are truly out of this world. And how he communicates with other staff members is just as good! You don’t find many OB/GYN’s like Dr. Schmidt- he is one of a kind. I will recommend him to absolutely anyone.
